JOIN US AT THE WILLIAMSPORT LIGHTS IN THE PARK PARADE ON DEC. 7 AT 6 P.M.  The parade will begin on the south end of downtown Williamsport  and travel north on Monroe Street to Ross Avenue. The parade will end after circling the park counterclockwise.
