In April, 30 employees from electric cooperatives around the state had the opportunity to come to Vincennes as a part of Indiana Electric Cooperative’s RELITE (Rural Electric Leaders in Training Exchange) program. Participants visited the Vincennes WIN Energy REMC office, toured FUTABA, worked on their public speaking, and had the chance to learn more about each other. One highlight was the opportunity to hear from WIN Energy REMC leadership, including CEO Leslie Beard, Director of Technology Travis Tolliver, and Director of Member Engagement and Energy Solutions Colin Mahoney.
