Grid improvements increase efficiency

On the outskirts of Vevay, Indiana, part of the Hoosier Energy grid had substantial improvements made.  Hoosier Energy Substation Foreman Trevor Asche, who supervised the project, said the largest upgrade was to improve connections to a communication tower.
