Cruis’n the HoliJay Lights at the Jay County Fairgrounds will be available through Dec. 23. View the festive display on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6-9 p.m. On Dec. 11 from 5-8 p.m. the fairgrounds will have carriage rides, ornament and cookie decorating, Santa and music. Questions?
