At WIN Energy REMC, we strive to connect with our members and community throughout the year, yet our biggest event is our Annual Meeting. Not only is the meeting a great opportunity to provide you, our members, with information, but it’s a way to connect with you as we continue to build a strong future for this co-op together.

For the second consecutive year, we held our Annual Meeting at Red Skelton Performing Arts Center on the Vincennes University Campus. The weather was perfect — we even had some sunshine! Vehicles were filled with people of all ages from throughout our service territory, along with some furry friends.

Members drove through our drive-thru registration, and while some individuals went on with their day, others went inside for Red Skelton Museum tours, informational booths, musical entertainment, and our in-person meeting. Many of our adult and mini-members parked and took advantage of our kid zone, complete with a touch-a-truck event, craft area, photo opportunities, and a mobile farm!

I would say this year’s meeting was a success, as 635 registered members attended! Whether you went to the drive-thru, in-person meeting, or both, thank you. Your continued participation in the business of your cooperative is greatly appreciated. You, our members, are the reason we exist, and it is a joy to serve you.
