Guided by the cooperative principle of Concern for Community, our WIN for the Community program supports local organizations in our service territory.

What is it?

This program gives non-profit, non-political organizations in rural Clay, Gibson, Greene, Knox, Pike, Posey, Sullivan, and Vigo counties the opportunity to request volunteer assistance from our WIN Energy REMC team. We’re talking about real hands-on help from five to 10 of our employees, ready to roll up their sleeves for projects like:

  •          Painting
  •          Landscaping
  •          Cleaning
  •          Organizing
  •          Packing food…and more!

How it works

  • Applications are accepted year-round.
    • One project is selected each quarter.
    • Projects are chosen based on community impact and employee availability.
