2026 Annual Meeting election details

Election packets will be mailed out on May 6, 2026.

Voting opens May 6, 2026, at 8 a.m., and closes June 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Members can vote using the following methods:

Mail: Return the completed ballot included in your election packet. Please allow adequate time for mail delivery.

Online: Go to directvote.net/DCREMC and enter your election ID and passcode from your election packet.

SmartHub: Open the SmartHub app or log in online, then click the “Vote Now” button. 

Each membership receives one vote and can use only one voting method. There will be no on-site voting at the meeting.
