The employees and directors of Harrison REMC would like to thank everyone who attended the 88th Harrison REMC Annual Meeting!
The crowd was large at the Harrison County fairgrounds on May 6. Members were able to vote, play Bingo, meet the directors, and enjoy food and ice cream. The children’s area had activities, and the kids had a good time coloring rocks.
A total of 1,846 registered members attended the two 2026 Annual Meeting options.
After 21 years on the REMC board, Director David Walther chose not to run again for his district. Zachary Schneider ran unopposed for the District 4 seat. There were no opposing candidate petitions for District 7, and Todd Uhl was seated for another three years. Darin Duncan of District 5 was also seated for another three years after winning his seat against Terry Naulty.
A list of the prize winners is on page 8 of the magazine.
Thank you to all the members who attended. We look forward to seeing you next year!
