The Operation Round Up® program is one way we partner with our members to make a big impact in our community.

Each month, the REMC rounds up the electric bills of participating members to the next dollar. The extra few cents goes into a fund overseen by a board of trustees (who are all co-op members.) Then, these funds are distributed to local organizations in the form of grants.

Here are the most recent grant recipients:

Orleans Running Start: $2,500.

Southern Indiana Community Health Care: $2,220

Prevent Child Abuse Orange County: $1,800

Pride of Paoli Band Boosters: $2,500

Application deadline for next grant cycle is Oct. 27.

Total grants given to the community
through Operation Round Up:
$437,814.91
