Our crew recently completed pole-top rescue training, sharpening the skills needed to respond quickly and effectively in an emergency.

Pole-top rescue training involves learning how to rescue a fellow lineworker who has become incapacitated on the utility pole. Lineworkers learn how to properly lower the lineworker, and themselves, to safety.

Regular hands-on training builds confidence, reinforces safe work practices, and helps ensure every team member is prepared to protect themselves and each other.
