Our Journey to Service Excellence

Happy New Year! We are excited to announce our theme for 2024: Our Journey to Service Excellence.

Throughout the year, we will be undertaking several projects focused on improving our service to you — our members. This spring, we will be conducting a survey to better understand what drives our members’ satisfaction. Because we are a not-for-profit cooperative owned by those we serve, we desire your feedback on programs and services and your experience with us.

We recognize that service excellence is a journey – an ongoing endeavor. We want to adapt to meet our members’ expectations. Like a compass guides a traveler, the Seven Cooperative Principles guide the decisions we make at Boone REMC and help us stay aligned with our mission of providing safe, reliable electricity.
