The annual meeting of the members of Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will take place virtually on June 12 at 6:30 p.m. (Please watch for further details).
This meeting will be held for the express purpose of:
- Presenting reports of officers, managers and committees
- Election of three directors
- Election of three nominating committee members
- Any other business which may properly come before the meeting
$10 BILL CREDIT
Each membership registered in person will receive a $10 credit on his or her next electric bill.

This meeting is for you, the member, to exercise your rights and privileges as an owner of the corporation.
