The drive thru Annual Meeting of the member-owners of the Harrison Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Harrison REMC office on Tuesday, April 6, and Wednesday, April 7, for the following purposes:

• To pass upon the minutes and financial reports. (See REMC website.)
• The election of three directors to serve the cooperative for the next three years.
• Members must bring the registration card to vote and to be eligible for prizes. Registration at the meeting entitles each attending membership to a $25 bill credit to be applied to their next electric bill following the Annual Meeting.
