In 2019, Hoosier Energy’s Training and Safety Department developed a new apprenticeship program: HEATS Member Service Representative Apprenticeship.

This 2½ year program provided participants with the skills necessary to deliver effective member support and communication. It also provided training in customer service, industry knowledge, and field terminology, and has received accreditation from the Department of Labor.

Congratulations to Jennifer Merriman, Jessica Noblitt, Amy Tewell, Presley Harbin, and Alex Olson.
