How to vote for your board of directors

4 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE AND VOTE:

1) PARK AND PARTICIPATE AT THE HARRISON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS ANYTIME ON MAY 8 FROM 4 P.M. TO 7 P.M.

•Eligible for $15 bill credit, power strip cord, and prize drawings.

•Register and vote inside, play bingo, visit our booths and have some hot dogs and ice cream.

2) DRIVE-THRU AT THE HARRISON REMC HEADQUARTERS ANYTIME ON MAY 9 BETWEEN 11 A.M. TO 7 P.M. REGISTER TO VOTE FROMYOUR VEHICLE.

•Eligible for $15 bill credit, power strip cord, and prize drawings.

3) VOTE ABSENTEE AT THE REMC OFFICE.

•Eligible for prize drawings only.

•If voting at the REMC office, ballots must be cast by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 3.

4) VOTE ABSENTEE BY REQUESTING A BALLOT BY MAIL.

•Eligible for prize drawings only.

•To request a ballot by mail, call the REMC office at 812-738-4115 or emaildstewart@harrisonremc.com. Ballots must be received by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 3.

ABSENTEE VOTING BEGINS APRIL 1.

  • Only official, fully completed ballots will be accepted. If a member votes by mail or at the REMC office,the member cannot vote at either Annual Meeting events.
  • One vote per membership.
  • Members will be asked to vote at the Annual Meeting for board district candidates and to approve the2023 Annual Meeting minutes and 2023 financial report.
