Jeanne Loechle is a lifelong Decatur County REMC member and a Decatur County native. As a child, she remembers going to annual meetings and singing the REMC song, “Ringing everyone a Merry Christmas.”

Loechle’s DCREMC career began in customer service where she enjoyed working with members daily. From that role, she transitioned into the executive assistant position and continued growing her skills and responsibilities — including obtaining the PHR and SHRM-CP human resource certifications. Loechle now serves as the human resources manager at Decatur County REMC.

When not at work, Loechle spends time with her husband, Jeff, and three children — Isaac, Ethan, and Heather. She also enjoys reading, attending ballgames, and big family gatherings. And if you didn’t know, Loechle is one of 12 siblings, so they have many celebrations!

Loechle says her favorite part about working for Decatur County REMC is the mission. She added, “I’m really drawn to the co-op story – neighbors helping neighbors; it’s very community oriented. I work with a great group of people who care about our members.”
