Congratulations to the latest Operation Round Up recipents

The WIN Energy REMC Community Trust recently presented five grants totaling $11,808.15 to the following organizations:

  • Arthur Foundation, Inc. received $881.88 towards painting supplies for cabins.
  • Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation received $1,949 towards the purchase of a reclining chair for support person(s) in the OB unit.
  • Owensville Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry received $3,500 to purchase healthy meals for families in need.
  • Sullivan County Park Lake received $4,002.27 to construct gazebos and park benches.
  • YMCA Camp Carson received $1,475 for an outdoor hydration station for campers.

When you are a member of WIN Energy REMC, you can contribute to the Operation Round Up program, allowing worthy causes in our communities to work together to help others. Thank you to the WIN Energy REMC members who round up their electric bills to the highest dollar each month. Since the programs inception in May 2013, 252 grants have been awarded to local organizations totaling over $778,000.
