Paulding Putnam is a member-owned electric cooperative headquartered in Paulding, Ohio, with service territory in northeast Indiana. As a cooperative, Paulding Putnam follows seven core principles that are universal to cooperatives worldwide. Among those principles is one stressing education, training, and information.
