Be in the know … while on the go

With a life on the go, members don’t always have the ability to keep an eye on what’s happening with their energy bill or use.

That’s why LaGrange County REMC provides you with a variety of alert options through your online account to make sure you don’t miss a payment, overlook high use or accidentally change your profile information.

If you haven’t created an account, first visit lagrangeremc.com and click on the blue box labeled “Pay Online.” This takes you to our Member Service Center, where you can create your account. Your account then can be accessed online or via our mobile app.

Once there, go to “My Alerts” to see how we can help you stay in the know about your account by text or email, including:

Due Date Reminder, which will remind you up to 10 days in advance of a due bill

Past Due Reminder, which will alert you the day after a missed payment

Account Profile Change, which will let you know when your information has been changed

Return Check Alert, which will alert you the moment we record a returned check

Payment Confirmation, which will ease your mind knowing we have applied your payment

Low/High Use Alert, which can be based on kilowatt-hours or a set amount per day

Energy Use Alert, which will send a daily notification of how much energy you have consumed

Arrangement Installment Due, which will notify you up to 10 days in advance of the due date
