Annual Meeting Notice

The annual meeting of Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 7 p.m. to take action upon the following matters:

1. The reports of officers, directors and committees.
2. The election of one director each from Districts 3 and 6.
3. The election of one nominating committee member each from Districts 3 and 6.
4. All other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof. 

In connection with the election of two (2) directors and two (2) nominating committee members scheduled for this meeting, nominations have been made by the nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws.

The members who vote in the election will receive a $5 bill credit. 

Cast your vote before June 14. The online election ends at 11:59 a.m. on June 14.
