Election packets will arrive in the mail on or around May 14. Members can vote using the following methods:

• EARLY via mail — return your paper ballot prior to June 12

• EARLY via SmartHub — vote through your online SmartHub web account (link is compatible with web-based version, not tablet or mobile friendly)

• EARLY via secure online link — using unique login credentials provided in election packet (link is tablet and mobile friendly)

• Onsite at annual meeting on June 14 from 5-6:30 p.m.

Can’t make the annual meeting? No worries! Your voice still matters. Vote early and be heard!  

Check your election packet for full voting details. Members may only vote once per membership, one member, one vote.

Each member who is not in a status of suspension, as provided for in Section 2.01, shall be entitled to only one vote upon each matter submitted to a vote at any meeting of the members. A member shall have only one vote although the member may have more than one meter.
