Healthy Powered Smoothie
½ cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
2 Tbsp wheat germ
2 Tbsp peanut butter
½ Tbsp cinnamon
½ Tbsp turmeric
1-2 Tbsp honey
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
6-8 ice cubes
1 fresh or frozen banana
Place the dry ingredients in the blender, followed by the banana, honey, ice cubes, and milk. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds, depending on the desired texture.
