The Annual Meeting of the members of Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held in-person at Greensburg Elementary School on Friday, June 12, 4-6:30 p.m. with the business meeting beginning at 7 p.m.

The meeting will be held for the following purposes: 

• To present reports from officers, managers, and committees
• To elect three directors
• To elect three members to the nominating committee
• To conduct any other business that may properly come before the membership

Each membership that registers in person at the event will receive a $10 credit on their next electric bill. 

In accordance with the cooperative’s bylaws, the board of directors and the nominating committee have met and submitted nominations for directorship and the nominating committee. (See candidate information inside.) 

This meeting is an opportunity for you, the member, to exercise your rights and privileges as an owner of the cooperative.
