4 ways to participate and vote

Park and participate at the Harrison County Fairgrounds anytime on May 6 from 4 to 6:30 p.m.

  • Eligible for $20 bill credit, a pop-up lantern, and prize drawings. 
  • Register and vote inside, play bingo, visit our booths, and have some hot dogs and ice cream.
  • Member must be present to receive a ballot and registration gifts.

Drive-thru at the Harrison REMC headquarters anytime on May 7 between 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Register to vote from your vehicle.

Vote absentee at the REMC office.

  • Eligible for prize drawings only.
  • If voting at the REMC office, ballots must be cast by 4 p.m. on Monday, May 4.

Vote absentee by requesting a ballot by mail.

  • Eligible for prize drawings only.
  • To request a ballot by mail, call the REMC office at 812-738-4115 or email dstewart@harrisonremc.com. Ballots must be received by 4 p.m. on Monday, May 4.

Absentee voting begins April 1

  • Only official, fully completed ballots will be accepted. Members who vote by mail or at the REMC office cannot vote at either Annual Meeting event.
  • One vote per membership.
  • Members will be asked to vote for board district candidates at the Annual Meeting and approve the 2025 Annual Meeting minutes and 2025 financial report.
