The Annual Meeting of the members of Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held in person at Greensburg Elementary School on Friday, June 13, from 4 to 7 p.m., with the business meeting beginning at 7 p.m. with the express purpose of: 

• Presenting reports of officers, managers, and committees 
• Election of two directors 
• Election of two nominating committee members 
• Any other business which may properly come before the meeting 

Each membership registered in person at the event will receive a $10 credit on the next electric bill. 

In accordance with the bylaws, the directors and nominating committee each met and nominated members for directorship and the nominating committee. Director candidates and nominating committee candidates.

This meeting is for you, the member, to exercise your rights and privileges as an owner of the corporation.
