2025 Annual Meeting election details

Voting opened May 7, 2025, and closes June 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Members can vote using the following methods:

Mail

Return the completed ballot included in your election packet. Please allow adequate time for mail delivery.

Go to directvote.net/DCREMC and enter your election ID and passcode from your election packet.

Open the SmartHub app or log in online, then click the “Vote Now” button.

Each membership receives one vote and can only utilize one method of voting. There will be no on-site voting at the meeting.
