The annual meeting event of the member-owners of the Harrison Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held Tuesday, May 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Harrison County Fairgrounds in Corydon, Indiana, and on Wednesday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Harrison REMC office in Corydon, Indiana, for the following purposes:

• To approve the minutes and financial reports (See REMC website).
• Members must bring registration card to vote and be eligible for prizes. Registration at the meeting entitles each attending member to a $15 bill credit to be applied to their next electric bill following the annual meeting.
