I would like to personally invite you to the Southern Indiana Power 2019 annual meeting! Southern Indiana Power would not exist without our members. That’s because YOU are our cooperative.

Connect with us

The annual meeting provides you, as a member, the opportunity to talk with your board of directors and the cooperative’s employees. Throughout the evening, you can play bingo, visit our lighting display or get your blood pressure checked by staff members of Perry County Memorial Hospital.

Eat and win prizes!

Cooperative employees have been busy preparing for the meeting. Enjoy your choice of a barbecue sandwich or hot dog for dinner. Like last year, we’ll have cash prizes as well as two children’s prizes — tickets for a family of four to Holiday World to close out the business meeting. You’ll need to register to be eligible for the prizes. However, you don’t have to be present to win.

Kids’ activities

We will have fun activities for our younger members, including inflatables, bucket truck rides, face painting, pony rides, and a few goodies to take home!

Participate

Southern Indiana Power’s annual meeting allows you to have a voice in how your cooperative is run. You elect directors from the membership to represent you on the cooperative board. This year, you will be able to re-elect and elect directors for districts 1, 2 and 7.

What does this mean? The member always comes first! This informative gathering reminds you that you’re a part of something special.

Everyone of us at Southern Indiana Power is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community.

From all of your friends and neighbors at Southern Indiana Power, we hope to see you at the annual meeting!
