
As a cooperative, one of our most important responsibilities is listening to you — our members. Unlike other businesses, we exist to serve you, and your input helps guide our decisions. This summer, we’re launching a membership-wide survey to better understand how you interact with us and what matters most to you.
This survey is based on our strategic plan and our ongoing focus on continuously improving how we serve you. We want to hear how you prefer to do business with us. That includes things like whether you receive your bill by mail or email, which payment options you use most often, and how you currently receive news and updates from the cooperative. We will also ask how you would prefer to hear from us going forward.
This is the first time we’ve surveyed our entire membership, making this effort especially meaningful. Rather than relying on assumptions or limited feedback, we’re creating an opportunity to hear from all our members. This kind of input is essential as we plan for the future.
The survey will be conducted online and is designed to be simple and quick, taking under 10 minutes to complete. Members with an email address on file will receive an invitation in mid-July. The email will come from Cooperative Surveys with the subject line “Help Us Serve You Better-Share Your Feedback” If we don’t have your email address, don’t worry, you can still participate. Just call, stop by the office, or email customerservice@kvremc.com, and we’ll make sure you have an opportunity to participate.
As a small thank you for your time, all completed surveys will be entered into a drawing for bill credits of $100, $75, $50, and $25.
Most importantly, your feedback will help guide us in how we communicate, deliver services, and continue to serve you. We truly value your input and appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your thoughts.
