Warren County REMC announces the end of its water heater and heat pump rebate program, which will be discontinued effective Dec. 31, 2025.

The program, which has helped members offset the costs of energy-efficient appliances, will no longer accept new applications after the end of the year. Members considering upgrading their water heaters or heat pump systems are encouraged to submit their rebate applications before the programs expiration date.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Final application deadline: Dec. 31, 2025

Installation completion: All qualifying equipment must be installed and applications submitted by the deadline.

Documentation requirements: Members must ensure all required paperwork and receipts are submitted before the program ends.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR MEMBERS

Members who have been considering upgrading their water heating or HVAC systems should act quickly to take advantage of the remaining rebate opportunities. After Dec. 31, 2025, no new rebate applications will be accepted for these programs.

ALTERNATIVE REBATE OPTIONS

While Warren County REMCs rebate program is ending, members may still be eligible for rebates through Wabash Valley Power Alliances Power Moves program. These rebates for energy-efficient appliances and equipment remain available and can be accessed at powermoves.com.

This program termination reflects changes in utility rebate offerings and does not affect other Warren County REMC services or programs.
