Two Indiana businesses receive more than $22,900 in rebates

VoMac Truck and Kwik Lok take advantage of PPEC’s lighting rebates

VoMac Truck Sales and Service, located in New Haven, was recently presented a check from its local electric cooperative for $15,000 after upgrading the shop’s lighting to energy-efficient LED bulbs.

VoMac installed 120 LEDs to replace old metal hallide and fluorescent fixtures, reducing its energy use by 20,831 watts.

Kwik Lok Corporation, also located in New Haven, received a check from PPEC for $7,922 after installing energy-efficient bulbs in its building to save both themselves and the co-op energy.

The company installed a total of 87 new LEDs, reducing its energy use by 22,121 watts after the switch.
