LaGrange County REMC welcomes Melissa Troyer, our newest customer service representative. She joins us after being a guidance counselor at Lakeland Jr./Sr. High School for nine years.

Troyer’s husband, Randy, served as the REMC’s technical service manager for two decades until his retirement in January 2025. The couple has been married for 36 years and have two children -— Rane and Gavin. In her spare time, Troyer enjoys reading, doing things in nature, and spending time with her family and friends.

Troyer is excited to learn the basics of the computer programs and provide the best customer service possible to the members of REMC. She looks forward to learning how electricity and fiber internet works. Please join us in welcoming Troyer to the REMC team!
