Southern Indiana Power is pleased to announce that Andy Sommer has been named the Manager of Member Services at the cooperative, effective Nov. 28, 2022. His responsibilities will include all matters relating to marketing, advertising, sales, key accounts and member services.

Previously, Sommer worked as regional account manager at Alpha Energy Solutions. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and an associate degree in applied science from Oakland City University.

Andy is a member of St. Mark’s Church. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending Cincinnati Reds/Bengals games, reading and running 5ks. He resides in Perry County with his wife, Sara. They have two children, Joey and Cyrilla.
