Each spring, Boone REMC sets aside a day to recognize the hard work and dedication of our linemen.

On April 9, we will honor these individuals who work in challenging and dangerous conditions to keep the lights on for us all.

“Our linemen are the first responders of our electric cooperative, and they’re always ready to get the job done,” said Bill Conley, Boone REMC president and CEO. “Whether they’re restoring power after a storm or maintaining critical infrastructure to our system, linemen are at the heart of everything we do.”
