Report your outage from your mobile device

On your smartphone or tablet, search for SmartHub in the Apple or Android store. After downloading the free app, search for Noble REMC, register and log in.

Push “Report an Issue/Inquiry” at the top of the screen, and then press “Power Outage” to verify your contact address and information. Then you will have the chance to add comments to assist in the outage restoration (example: “I heard a loud bang from the transformer) before submitting the outage. This will report it directly to our mapping and dispatch systems.
