Clark County REMC would like to thank Chuck Tiemann, senior risk management/regulatory consultant at Indiana Electric Cooperatives, for his decades of service and leadership. Tiemann’s passion for safety and excellence is second to none, and every REMC family is made better by knowing him and following his advice. We thank him for turning his personal life-changing accident into a lifelong commitment to see that every lineman gets home safely to their families. We enjoyed spending the day with Tiemann, celebrating his career, honoring his legacy, and even filming a powerful re-enactment of that fateful day in 1980 when he was rescued from a pole top after an electrical contact that nearly took his life. Clark County REMC is committed to upholding Tiemann’s highest standards of protection and safety, and we wish Tiemann and his wife, Terri, all the best in retirement.
