Vegetarian Power Bowl
½ cup brown rice, cooked
¼ cup peas, frozen
¼ cup mushrooms, fresh or canned
¼ cup garbanzo beans, canned
¼ cup guacamole
¼ cup salsa
Prepare the rice according to package directions. Heat the cooked rice with the peas, mushrooms, and garbanzo beans until hot. Add guacamole and your favorite salsa. The bowl can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or your favorite other kind of chips.
