Tart Cherry Cake

Tart Cherry Cake

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 t. baking soda

½ t. salt

1 egg, beaten

1 (15 oz.) can tart cherries, drained

Nondairy whipped topping or vanilla ice cream for serving

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt Add beaten egg, then drained cherries. Bake in a lightly greased 9-inch pan for 30-35 minutes in a 350 F oven. Cool. Top each serving with nondairy whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
