- 21 oz chopped white candy coating
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, snipped with kitchen scissors
- 1 cup small pretzels or chopped pretzel pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Line a 15×10 baking pan with wax paper.
Heat candy in microwaveble dish, set at 50 percent power level. Check and stir at 30 second intervals.
Melt candy coating until smooth. Pour onto prepared pan and spread to a half inch-depth. Immediately and evenly distribute other ingredients on the top of the white candy base. Press gently to adhere the add-ons. Cool about 2 hours at room temperature.
Break into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container.
