Sherry Cheese Pâté
Sherry Cheese Pâté Recipe
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 4 T. dry sherry
- 1/2 t. curry powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 jar mango chutney (such as Major Grey's)
- 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
In a food processor, place cheeses, sherry, curry powder and salt. Mix well. Spread 1-inch thick on serving plate. Finely chop chutney and spread over cheese. Place green onions on top just before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice.
