1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice mix
1 lb. sausage
1 small onion, diced
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Prepare long grain and wild rice mix as directed on package. Meanwhile, saute sausage, onion, pepper and mushrooms in a skillet. When rice is done, add to the skillet. Mix well.
Cook’s note: Serve as a side dish or main dish.
