Red Pepper Feta Dip

  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 jarred roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 6 oz. feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper


Split pitas and cut into 8 wedges. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Meanwhile, puree peppers, ¾ of the feta, garlic and cayenne in a food processor. Top the dip with remaining feta. Serve with toasted pita chips.
