
Pineapple Pie


Pineapple Pie
1½ cups sugar
½ cup butter, softened but not melted
1 cup crushed pineapple, juice included
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Beat together all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 50 minutes at 350 F or until it sets and the crust is brown.
