Mother’s Banana Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 T. buttermilk
- 1 cup mashed bananas
Directions
Mix first seven ingredients together. Then add mashed bananas.
Bake in a greased 9×13 pan for 1 hour at 350 F.
