Heavenly Whip and Pears
- 14 canned pear halves, drained (2-3 cans)
- 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese
- 6-8 T. honey
- 2 graham cracker squares, crushed
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Cut and blend honey into cream cheese until smooth. Place pear halves in glass baking dish with cored sides up. Fill hollows with cream cheese/honey mixture. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350 F for 10-20 minutes, until edges of cheese are light golden brown. Serve hot.
