Easy Pesto Pizza
- Yield: Makes 2 servings
- Flatbread (purchased in store)
- Pesto, either homemade or store bought
- Olives (black or green)
- Feta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- Olive oil
Preheat oven or barbecue grill to 400 F. Brush olive oil on both sides of the flatbread. Place on pizza pan, spread on pesto, add cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese melts, 15-20 min.
