Cream Cheese Mints

  • 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • Red food coloring
  • Cinnamon flavoring
  • Green food coloring
  • Mint flavoring
  • Granulated sugar


Beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until consistency of pie dough. Separate into two equal portions. In one portion, add drops of red food coloring and cinnamon flavoring. In other portion, add drops of green food coloring and mint flavoring. Mix together each individual portion. Pinch off small piece of cream cheese mixture. Roll into ball. Pour granulated sugar into a bowl; roll ball in sugar. Press into silicone candy molds and turn out at once.
