Chicken Casserole
4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (10½ oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10½ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10½ oz.) can chicken with rice soup
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8½ oz.) can peas
1 (24 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Lightly grease a 13-by-9-inch pan. Mix first six ingredients together, then add chow mein noodles. Spoon into pan. Put buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
