  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ lbs. ground beef


Cook rice as directed on package. Set aside until other ingredients are ready. Boil water and put peas in until ready to add to other ingredients. Do not boil. Sauté carrots, potatoes, onions and green pepper in sesame oil over medium heat until almost soft. Scramble eggs and cook in one solid piece. Roll egg like a jelly roll and slice thinly. Brown beef. Drain peas and mix everything together and heat through. Individually sprinkle with soy sauce as desired.
