Baked German Potato Salad

  • 1 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing
  • 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese, melted
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • 8 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, thinly sliced and cooked
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup sliced green olives
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ lb. cooked bacon


Mix salad dressing, melted cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in sliced potatoes, chopped onion, olives and half of bacon. Place all in a greased 8×12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
